InterPlay: Art Play for All

InterPlay is an Augmented Reality web application created for the Akron Art Museum and in collaboration with local textile artist Adana Tillman. Users can remix Tillman’s piece by moving, scaling, and rotating shapes, swapping the patterns, and even adding new shapes designed based on fabric scraps from the creation process. While museums had to close their doors during the pandemic, this experience along with the poster print allowed users to bring the art into their own homes.
